Vivacious

To the left you can see the temporary cover for my Yougri story. If you think I drew that painting you're out of your freakin' mind. It's a painting I found on the site I mentioned in this entry. I should look up who made it because it's one of my favourite ones on that website. Anyway, I'm using it as a cover for the moment, but I plan on having one of my friends draw a more personalised cover when the story has evolved a bit more.

I started writing the story yesterday. It took me almost an hour to write three small pages. I'm not suggesting anything by saying that, it's just a message to those obsessive fans of my earlier writings, they might think it's horny or something. Anyway, since it is my first story I ever write in English I feel the first chapter is pretty decent. It's certainly visible that the story was written by a teenager who isn't a native English speaker and there is a total lack of any structure, but I like the way how the story evolved within those three pages. I have no idea what the plot of the story will be, I'm just making stuff up as I go, like I do in these entries.

The lack of structure is what bothers me most at the moment, I think I'm going to read the first chapter again tomorrow and if I still feel that it doesn't make much sense, I will probably rewrite some parts of it. At the same time, I alread have some small ideas for the next chapters but for now, I'm going to focus on getting the first one right.

In other news, I've been studying psychology and English vocabulary today, which is quite a feat for me. Two hours of studying in one afternoon has become quite rare in my room, let's hope I can pour my enthusiasm about continuing the Yougri story into getting my school work up and running. When I finally manage to get out of bed before noon, I will know things are finally heading the right way.

Finally, I'm still very positive about V For Vendetta. I have seen the movie twice now and chances are I'll see it again next week. Furthermore, I have memorised V's speech when he introduces himself to Evey and I have bought the comic on which the movie was based. Hell, I even made a new family in The Sims 2. The family Vendetta consists of the pretty-looking babe Evey and V, who is of course wearing a black hat, grinning all the time and wearing white make-up and a cool moustache to resemble the Guy Fawkes mask. If you think that's 'ZOMG, that is so teh nerdz !!111!11', wait until you here my speech.
