Evening gents.

I guess the fact that I'm not posting as much as I used to do should prove that my life has somehow become more interesting. Used to post here when I was bored, confused or slightly drunk. Now I just post because I feel kind of guilty not having posted nonsense for over two weeks. So here's a new load of rubbish for you. If you don't like it, kiss my rump. What a great word that is. Like diarrhea.

So what's new. I'm still sexy as hell, that's for sure. But my damn beard won't grow. It's got all these blond hairs which you can't see and all the black hairs refuse to grow in decent ways. Damn 'em all. Good luck I drank this ugly beard antidote. Now shave me. Didn't work.

I've amazed myself this week by starting a ten-week running program. My physical condition was so far below zero even black midgets went 'Wow, that's low bro!'. Three work-outs a week for ten weeks, wonder if I'll make it to the end in one piece. If it weren't for one of Belgium's hottest chicks talking me through the whole thing, I doubt I'd even bother. For those of you who don't speak Dutch, the line she says in the picture is 'Demigod Giel is one sexy piece of work!'

What else? Looking forward to the movie 300, which is released over here next week. Yesterday I found myself shouting 'Tonight we dine bij de Chinees!' to my brother, which he probably found a little disturbing. Ah well, Gerard Butler is a fine actor and I'm sure he'll do a great job playing whoever the bleep he's playing. For those of you who don't know him: he was in that movie with those dragons and he played the Phantom in Schumacher's Phantom of the Opera. He can sing, but can he kick Persian ass? I'll find out next week. And then I probably won't shut up about the movie for about half a year. Ah, good old V For Vendetta memories.
